I have been overweight most of my life on and off diets, very rarely working out and now at 61 and now using Isagenix products for 3+ years I have more energy, my metal clarity is improving and I am losing weight.
I have a very busy life so the shakes and bars are so convenient and easy to use, love the Ionix and greens for that boost of nutrition.
